Dr. Dharmesh Barot
BDS (Hons) Lond MFDS MJDF RCS (Eng) PGCDME GDC: 86059
Dr Barot graduated from Kings College London with a BDS Honours, being awarded multiple School Prizes, Distinctions, Merits and Scholarships along the way. His education culminated in being awarded the University of London’s Gold Medal Award; awarded to the best academic and clinical Dentist in the whole of London that year. Since then he has also carried out a certificate in Implant Dentistry and is keen to start his Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
His enthusiasm for all aspects of dentistry and his keen interest in furthering his education led to Dr Barot achieving membership to both the faculty of dental surgeons (MJDF) and the joint dental faculty (MJDF) of the Royal College of surgeons in England (RCS ENG). Wanting to share his passion with dentistry Dr Barot became a foundation dentist trainer in 2009 and since then he has been teaching and aiding in the development of newly graduate dentists. The desire to develop others led to him to undertake various coaching and mentoring courses as well as getting a Distinction in his Postgraduate Certificate in Medical and Dental Education.
Having worked in both Private and Mixed NHS general practices in Berkshire, Central London, and Buckinghamshire, as well as in numerous hospitals in and around London in different Dental specialities including Restorative Dentistry, Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery Dr Barot has an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience that have allowed him to consistently provide excellence to his patients. Working in the variety of clinics and job roles means Dr Barot has to refer less frequently and can undertake more complex cases as well.
Dr Barot has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and was even a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He regularly undertakes restorative and cosmetic cases ranging from simple teeth whitening procedures to using the latest clear and minimally visible techniques to align teeth including Invisalign Aligners, Inman aligners as well as Six Months Smile Braces, and to full smile makeovers. Using advanced techniques, instruments and cutting edge materials also allows him to increase the predictability of treatment for his patients.
In his spare time Dr Barot enjoys spending time with his young family and likes to keep fit with swimming and playing rugby.
Dr Rajit Singh Panesar
BDS Lond MJDF RCS (Eng) PGCDME GDC:85872
Dr Panesar trained at the prestigious Guys Hospital and qualified from Kings College London with multiple distinctions. Keen to further his development he then went on to achieve Membership of the Joint Dental Faculty (MJDF) of the Royal College of Surgeons in England (RCS Eng).
Dr Panesar worked in both Private and Mixed NHS general practices in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Central London, as well as in a number of hospitals in Central London in different Dental sectors including Oral Surgery, Restorative Dentistry, Paediatric Dentistry and in Acute Dental Care. He has gained a huge wealth of experience that has allowed him to consistently provide successful predictable dentistry. With all this experience Dr Panesar was keen to help in the development of other dentists and attended a number of coaching and mentoring courses. He has also gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental and Medical Education from Oxford Brookes University and has been selected by Thames Valley Education England to teach and train other dentists for several years. Dr Panesar is a dental practice advisor for Simply Health Professionals and also a committee member for the British Dental Association Windsor section, helping to arrange continued development for dentists in the area.
Dr Panesar has a healthy passion for dentistry and has excelled in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He focuses on providing exceptional patient care in a relaxed environment and has a keen interest in maintaining teeth with root canal treatment and restoring them with tooth like restorations. Dr Panesar is also a certified Invisalign provider, helping to improve a patients aesthetics so they can smile with confidence.
In his spare time, he organises and attends charity ‘Dental camps’ in deprived regions of the world, helping those less fortunate. Dr Panesar is a keen sportsman and plays a variety of sports including tennis and football.
Dr Sunil Shah
BDS University of Birmingham GDC: 177638
Dr Shah graduated from the University of Birmingham. He subsequently has gained valuable experience in general practice enhacing his skills in aesthetic dentistry and treating anxious patients. He currently works across two of our practices; in Ascot and Reading.
Dr Shah has always been keen to keep up to date with the best evidence-based clinical practice. He has achieved his membership to the Royal College of Surgeons, Joint Dental Faculty (MJDF). He has also completed further training in advanced aesthetic and restorative dentistry with the Aspire Dental Academy. These further skills have honed his commitment to general dental practice where he aims to provide high quality clinical care to patients that is predictable, reliable and aesthetic.
Dr Shah enjoys the opportunity to learn and creating opportunities for others to learn by sharing his knowledge and experience. He has been a Foundation Trainer with the Oxford Deanery mentoring newly qualified dentists and has completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education. With the Himalayan Health Exchange, he led a team of volunteer medics and dentists providing care to remote communities in the Himalayas.
In his spare time Dr Shah is most at home in the mountains - either trekking up or skiing down them!

Heather qualified in 1996 at RADC (Royal Army Dental Corps Aldershot U.K). and since then has worked in and around the Reading area. Heathers wealth of experience, excellent listening skills and gentle touch has been well received by our patients.
In her spare time Heather enjoys bowling, the cinema and is a mum to three children.

Bev qualified from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Dental Hygiene & Therapy.
Her aim for our patients is to provide education on how to improve their oral health as much as possible and maintain this, as well as provide any treatments necessary to keep patients’ mouths & gum condition in the best state we can, together.
Bev’s passions in dentistry include preventative & periodontal treatments. She also has an interest in special care dentistry & in particular providing treatment to very dentally anxious & phobic patients.
Outside of dentistry Bev enjoys Scuba Diving as her main hobby & recently qualified to dive up to 30m & in/around shipwrecks.
Assistant Manager The Elms, Sunningdale and The Elms Dental Practice
Becky has always been keen to help people in need and prides herself in being a very happy and positive person. She enjoys working as part of a team and to ensure that all runs as smoothly as possible. Becky’s aim is to go above and beyond for all our patients and to ensure that every patient has a pleasant experience at our practices.
Becky qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and joined our team in 2015 where she worked as a dental nurse before becoming practice manager.
Becky enjoys spending time with her nephews Hudson and Luca along with her Chihuahua called Tilly. Becky is also a fully qualified hair extensionist and beauty therapist which she also likes to do in her spare time.
